Mr.Lenin Balan has a vast experience working in the profit and non-profit sector in The Gambia, Senegal, and Guinea Bissau in West Africa.
He started his journey in West Africa since 2004 by being an integral part of the Business community overseeing export and import of agricultural products.
His initial West African Experience began in The Gambia as Chief Financial Officer where he led the business into venturing into various agricultural export from cashew to sesame and groundnuts.
His firm and steady financial decision-making skills helped the organisation for developing their export/import partnerships with other countries like Vietnam, India, Brazil, China, and Bulgaria.
